These terms apply to purchases from Skini through this website. We currently accept delivery orders for the United Kingdom. Our contact details are set out in our Contact information.

Products and sizing

Read the product description, fabric details and size chart before ordering. Sizes marked EU use European sizing. Measurements are provided to help you choose; product colours may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). The checkout shows the total price, applicable discounts, shipping charges and any taxes before you submit your order. Please check your items, sizes, quantities, contact details and delivery address before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

Promotions

Promotion conditions are shown with each offer. The automatic buy-two-get-one-free offer applies when three eligible items are in your basket; the qualifying free item and discount appear at checkout. FALL gives 30% off an eligible order. These offers cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts. A free item has no cash value. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Delivery

See our Delivery policy for delivery options and charges. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us if an order is delayed or has not arrived. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our Returns and refunds policy explains our 30-day return offer, your UK cancellation rights and how to request a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
